Our family van decided it did not want to be apart of the family anymore. We came to Dutton automotive and power sports with our 3 daughters and we were warmly welcomed by the staff there team work and efficiency got us our new family van that we love. Not pleased at all with the state my car was left in after spending over $300 on the "Gold" detailing package. These attached photos were taken 10 mins after picking up my vehicle. Many spots have been inexplicably completely untouched, including the gas pedal?? I would be embarrassed to hand this off to the customer after claiming it is "cleaned". I had a wonderful experience with Ryan and Rob at Dutton. They were very knowledgeable, straightforward and so helpful. At one point Rob said ‘we stand by what we sell’ and I really felt that when shopping, and have continued to after purchasing my Subaru crosstrek. I would recommend Dutton to anyone, and especially to people who don’t know a lot about cars who want a straightforward, trustworthy experience. Looking forward to being a long time customer!
