We had our car in for service at Duteau Chevrolet in Lincoln and the inside back panel was removed but not replaced. Service dept claims it was never there, but it was. These guys are the only ones who have ever worked on it. No one mentioned looking at cameras to see if it was removed, just assumed we were lying. If you are planning to go in for service, make sure you take pictures inside and out before you go in and ask if they have cameras in the service department. The minivan we wanted was available at several lots around Lincoln and Omaha. However, the salesman Ron Gleason and the customer service at DuTeau was NOT available everywhere.
