Absolute trash. My fault for buying one of these homes but our timing didn’t allow for much looking. The quality is the worst I’ve ever seen. The material quality is literally the cheapest you can find. Just stay clear of this builders homes.
I will update my review later after our 1 year, but right now my wife and I are pretty frustrated in the lack of pride Hughston Homes takes in their work. Maybe it's just our lousy Construction Manager, but a lot of things are hurried and done less than sub-par or incorrectly. It is widely known in our neighborhood, that there are many issues with the Construction Manager. Even the workers and contractors have a lot of negative to say about him.
