Last time I took my car to Dutch’s for a quote on a simple fix around a turn signal that was hit and busted and slight fender damage. They looked at it and said and I quote “ that car is totaled can’t fix that “so I took it some where else to be fixed with no problem and was told it was a easy fix including paint.
Did the bare minimum, fixed the obvious cosmetic damage but didnt assess the integrity or safety of my vehicle like I asked. Do you realize you're working on 3000-pound balls of shrapnel? A crappy job is literally the difference between life and death.
Just picked my car up here after being hit by another driver, these people were great! They done an amazing job on my car and they’re extremely genuine down to earth people. My car sat in the cold for a while while being repaired so I ended up going else where bought my own battery and they put it in for me. Not only was my car repaired but she was shining like someone cleaned her up. I’ll forever recommend this place! Also they didn’t charge me for the time my car sat there waiting for me to pick it up!
