This was a serendipitous last minute kind of date with my hubby. The Fair was going to be 108 & Morro Bay was 64 degrees & you could get cotton candy at both places. So it was a no brainer! But this little gem was an unexpected surprise. We had fish & chips. Probably some of the. Best we ever had! & They had dill tarter sauce which is always gonna win me over! The service was excellent. The view was amazing & it was one of our better times! 5+ stars!
Unfortunately they were out of Dr Pepper and a few other basic items on the menue while we were there. I ended up ordering mahi mahi tacos and it was basically salad on a tortilla. Someone forgot to put the mahi on my tacos, I guess lol. The service was ok. Nothing over the top or exciting going in here.

Lunch for me and my wife; calamari appetizer and mahi-mahi tacos for main course. Calamari good but the Fishwife in Pacific Grove still the best. Tacos were outstanding. Service started out really bad, we were seated at the counter looking at the rock and then forgotten. Flagged down a waitress and All was well from then on. For some reason they thought we were waiting for a table.

Place was great. Sat us quickly and we were a party of 11. They were plenty busy. Staff was very polite. Our server was grear food was 9/10..the shrimp was good but a bit too much batter. Fish n chips were awesome. Definitely will come back again on our next trip

We’ve been a couple times there and the food is always delicious. The staff is polite, helpful, and attentive. Since the last trip was on the July 4th weekend it was especially busy. There was a 45-minute wait but usually there has been just a short wait for dinner. Their specialty is seafood. Enjoy!
We ate lunch here a while back and I was very disappointed. We order calamari as an appetizer. It was so freezer burned it had to have been sitting in there for at least 6 months. There is no reason a seafood restaurant on the bay should be freezing their food. Service was slow, calm chowder was comparable to a can of pregresso, and the rest of our meal was below average yet over priced. $96 for two people for lunch....sorry this one is off the list.
