Everyone in the office is super nice and knowledgeable! All 3 of my kids enjoy coming here!
We could not be happier with our experience at Dutchess Orthodontics! The staff and doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable. We never had to wait long for appointments and the office is very clean. I would not change a thing!!
Everyone here is so patient and kind. We have been coming here for about 4 years and never have had an issue. I’m super picky about my providers, so that means a lot. They are super punctual, never bat an eye at me dragging in my three kids, always stay calm when one of my kids wasn’t calm, and are knowledgeable about their work.
My kids have had 3 rounds of braces with Dr Kelly Walters and I can't praise her and her staff enough! Every visit and (there were many) with them was exceptional. Their office is always clean and the staff genuinely appear like they love their jobs. The office, Dr, and appointments are always easy to make and they are consistent with their over the top care.
My daughter was treated with braces for congenital missing teeth. She received gentle, expert care from Dr. Walters and her staff. Communication about the treatment plan was clear and concise. Financial information was communicated clearly on the first visit. Overall, a great experience!
My daughter needed braces and Dr. Walter's and her staff were recommended to us. It was a great recommendation. From the time we started until now the process has been smooth and seamless. The entire staff is knowledgeable and really friendly. I know no one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go for orthodontic care this is a great place to go.!
Dr. Walters and her staff is amazing. They took a pre-existing project that was not handled with care by my previous doctor and turned it around in amazing time. The knowledge and experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. I recommend anyone to come here and get their teeth handle with the care they deserve. It doesn’t matter you already have braces and looking for someone better or starting fresh. You need to come here.
Best Ortho we have ever been to. Explains everything to your understanding. Sets great plans/goals. Extremely caring. 1 kid that had expander, braces, retainers but also has brittle bone disease.. Now starting my 2nd kid here. Maybe the 3rd in a few years.
I was an “older” patient and nervous about having braces again. However, Dutchess Orthodontics was great, and the end result is incredible! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! 10/10 recommend.
