Dr. Walters and her staff at Dutchess Orthodontics were amazing with treating two of my three boys. The facility is clean and comfortable. The treatment ls are gentle and effective. The staff are super helpful. I would give them an 11 out of 10.
We had visited 2 other orthodontists’ offices but as soon as my son stepped in to Dutchess Orthodontics, he said “I want to go here!” Even at 11, he knew that the staff was welcoming and professional. Every visit was started with a smile no matter who worked with our familyand you are never waiting in the room for your time. They are ALWAYS on schedule. Great experience! Two of our children have had Dr. Walters and Dutchess Orthodontist. Both had mouth expanders and braces. Everyone throughout the office has been wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We truly have been very happy here. It is very clean, very organized and very well managed.
Today, my youngest of 3 is getting his braces off. It will be strange to not come every 6-8 weeks for a check in as we’ve been coming here for many, many years. The staff is like family and have cared for my kids as such. Thank you all so very much for all the love, care and kindness over the years. We appreciate you!
I've been going to Dr. Walters for 7 years now with multiple children having braces. Every single time, we are seen quickly by competent, friendly staff and are on our way. Dr. Walters and Dr Brenner and very friendly, answer all your questions and give the perfect smile.
