My husband and I were there this morning to test drive a 2010 Toyota Matrix, they were asking $8,500 for it.Te the check engine light was on. The salesperson did not seem too concerned and stated,"oh we will fix that". My concern was not knowing why it was on and that it could be a bad situation if others take it for a test drive. The salesman ,Anthony Scott is shady and a liar. worst experience I have ever encountered. it's only took me 6 months to realize what he did after what was agreed on!!! I will NEVER come here again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from here.
First, my brand new 2020 Kia Soul needed a new transmission within a month of purchase. Second part of my package deal was a $200 accessory that it turned out they don't have for my model car yet. Dutchess Pok said I could pick out another accessory from their brochure. I picked the romote start but they said it was l lot more expensive than the cargo tray I originally picked. My mother bought a 2018 Kia Sportage from these guys and the A/C doesn’t work. They’re trying to make her pay $560 for a recharge which is ridiculous the car is a year old how could it be out of refrigerant already? Come on now you guys are trying to charge her for a compressor which should be covered by her bumper to bumper warranty you crooks.
