I just managed to catch my interior cabinet on the garage door when it came down. It knocked a very large heavy garage door off its track. I was freaking out because it’s 6pm and my door will not move. I called and left a message. Maybe an hour later I get a call and you guys show up. Your level of service is amazing!!! We had a broken spring on our garage door. We called Dutcher door and they came out in about 20 minutes. The installer was so polite and a very good representative. We would recommend this company to anybody. Great job!
Had a broken spring and another company told me all my equipment was shot and I would need a new door, opener and other bells and whistles to the tune of $2200. Called Dutcher Door, they were able to get me a same day appointment. Technician showed up on time. He was able to replace the spring and make some other minor repairs (asked permission before each step). My door works perfectly now for less than 10% of what the other company quoted. Congrats on earning a new customer for life!

One of the springs broke on our garage doors this morning. I called Dutcher as they were the company who had installed it originally. Friendly staff, excellent customer service and price. They came out within a couple hours and fixed the door quickly! So happy to have my vehicle freed!
