We ordered an arrangement for a co-worker who's pet passed away and when I picked it up, it was not what I had expected. When I called to let them know, they were so understanding and offered to replace it but I had already chose to keep it. Later I got a call from Dutch Mill offering to not only replace it but add a little something extra special. We received the gift which was beyond our expectation! Thank you Dutch Mill!! Customer service at its finest�

I received a Valentine bouquet from them and and a few of the lillies were bruised/broken. I contacted them via facebook and they messaged that day saying to give them a call. When I called they were beyond nice! They offered to replace the flowers and deliver them again. The new arrangement is beyond gorgeous! Thank you for being so nice and understanding! I told my husband not to use anyone else in the future :)

I went to buy a plant for a funeral today at lunch and they had it delivered in an hour to there house. It's the only place I buy flowers and plants at. Would highly recommend Dutch Mill to everybody. They have great customer service. �
