I've been going there for five years now & since new workers my experience today SUCKED! They messed up on my drink & didn't even offer to fix it, really displeased.

You advertise the kicker as having 4 shots. I ordered a small so i wouldn't have the extra cream i don't need with only 2 shots and charged me for the xtra 2 shots... what's up with that? # lostyourtip
