The people who have worked there for a while usually do a fantastic job. The new employees however are awful most of the time. Almost every time someone new has taken my order they have messed it up. For example I ordered a large black tea extra sweet. They forgot to make it extra sweet and charged me $6.75 for it. I'm pretty sure a large tea is only $3.00.
