3rd time i’ve gonna and received the wrong order or the right drink but wrong instructions. my words are clear and understandable they just hired a lot of new staff that don’t know how to do their jobs. it’s pretty upsetting when i’m also giving a tip. paying 9-10 dollars for the wrong drink is very upsetting.
can’t make drinks right
It's very rare I have a bad experience at Dutch bros. I've had some drinks taste like hand lotion, that kinda sucks.
Service is always very friendly and fast. Staff have been very helpful with choosing items and giving refunds for bad items. The drinks are almost always not made properly and don't taste good so I can't rank it higher even if I want to.
Hands down the absolute BEST Dutch bros in Corvallis/Albany area. Seriously love the employees, they always get my drink right. I never feel embarrassed saying my long complicated drink order (they also have remembered it!) Seriously so impressed, I get so sad when I have to go to any other Dutch lol
