Horrible experience, and usually is. We spent from 8:15-8:45 in line. The one employee who was taking orders in the pick up line took one order at a time then just casually walked back inside. There was no urgency anywhere. We ordered drinks with soft tops, by the time we got to the window our soft tops were gone. Coffee tasted bad. Waste of time and money.
