I already left a message with the review team online, but I feel like I need to as well on here. We ordered ahead of time, and they didn't have our order when we got to the window. Said sometimes orders don’t come through, so way have an order ahead app? The staff were rude I left my phone in the car and they said well, maybe you need it like we don’t know how things work. Compared to the Dutch Bros I’ve visited in Portland… this one should be ashamed to even call themselves a Dutch Bros. Crap customer service, prissy girls at the window… all for a mediocre drink. Definitely doesn’t help the Dutch Bros name. That’s for sure.
