The service here is great but they just can’t seem to get the orders right no matter how many times I come back and give them a try my order is always wrong and they never get it right. I order the same thing everytime and it alway either comes out missing soft top or just tastes awful. Consistency is key and they just haven’t got there yet
I had such an awesome experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Holly! She was amazing from the start super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining the menu. She knew exactly how to make suggestions without being pushy, and you could tell she really knows her stuff. Holly recommended a green tea with passionfruit and peach, and wow… it’s phenomenal! Easily my new favorite drink. She made my visit fun, easy, and delicious—thank you, Holly!
