Not only did I place an order ahead order. When I checked in it took another 45 minutes after the previous ready time. When I asked what was as going on they said they were behind. But a man who placed an order 5 minutes ago got his THREE drinks immediately. Not only horrible management and customer service but then when I got my drinks they were made poorly and FULL of ice!! When asking for a refund they shook it away and said it wasn’t possible. I’m beyond disappointed

This location was extremely slow. We waited like 30 min for our 2 drinks, they had them in the fridge and didn’t even call my name. 4 people behind me got their drinks first , and when I asked the girl about it , she wasn’t even apologetic. Won’t be coming back to this location. Drinks were good, service not so much.
Hear me out, I completely understand that we are in the dead heat of summer and this place is bound to get busy. That said, I don’t understand why they list the time your drink will be ready on the app if it’s not going to be ready even close to that. The app said my drink would be ready at 6:53 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and I have no clue when my drink will be ready. It would make a lot more sense to disable online ordering when they are overly busy or simply notify the customer before they place the order of the longer wait ti... read more
