Awful service in the morning. Two cars took 15-20 minutes… there was two people inside and the female worker was doing EVERYTHING! The male staff stood there and watched her run around making drinks as he played with his nails. This Dutch is always slow in the morning (5:30-7:00 am)
While I understand that it's likely that walk-in customers are very few and far between at DB, we went in to order. The coffee was fine. The music cranked up to 10 was the issue. It was so loud that the person taking our order couldn't hear us, and we couldn't hear them. We all had to repeat ourselves several times to get our order in. I'm all for having fun at work, but when you realize there's a problem with serving your customers, it would be good to take action. We'll hit the drive-through next time. Or go somewhere else... read more
