The young lady who took my order was super friendly and welcoming, and was moving quickly to take people's orders. I ordered the Mocha Cold Brew with Soft Top, but what they gave me was definitely NOT that. The car in front of me had to return there drink twice to have it fixed as well. My coffee came out looking like watery coffee with no mocha and no soft top. I asked the girl if she was bringing me the correct coffee, and told her what I had ordered.
