My husband and I frequent this Dutch Bros. It’s my favorite pick me up. Tonight we had the pleasure of meeting Spencer. While we ALWAYS have great service, Spencer went above and beyond with his hospitality. Incredibly sweet. Even took the time to ask us our names. Thanks Spencer!
I ordered a drink and paid with someone that came up to my window so that was fine. Then someone at the pick up window made me pay AGAIN. I told her I had already paid, and she said I didn’t. I told her I paid when I ordered, she blamed the system and did not check to see if I had paid. I got charged TWICE for two different amounts and got the incorrect drink. The barista at the window had me incorrectly pay for someone else’s gross order AND mine.
