I dont know if its lazyiness or a lack of intelligence but putting all the syrup in then pouring a drink(Iced Rebel)on top and not mixing could make a case for both.

Love this coffee highly recommend. Be aware of the sugar just like all other coffee chain lots of sugar but no burnt taste and lots of variety.
