Girl with black and blue hair has a really bad attitude and is rude. Not very on brand for Dutch Bros.
This location is probably my favorite out of all of them! They are always so busy but they get my order out quickly!
I came in just for a Picture Perfect ( easy enough ) but it was the attitude and atmosphere that makes me want to come back. Great conversation and drink!
The customer service at Dutch Bros is seriously TOP NOTCH! Every time I pull up, they recognize my face and already know my drink—which makes my day! They always take the time to ask how I’m doing, have a quick conversation, and make me feel genuinely welcomed. I also really appreciate that I never feel pressured or awkward about tipping. I ordered a large chocolate milk with light ice they gave me a small and when i corrected him instead of remaking it he filled a large with ice to the top and pored the small into it and called it a day. Very inconsiderate and rude.
