I’ve given this place so many chances but now I refuse to return. I understand they use 2 lines to maximize the cars going through (& their profit), fine. What I don’t understand is how I consistently get skipped in the line and cannot count how many times it’s several cars even that “jump” the line ahead of me. Then when I mention it, I get attitude or no acknowledgement of the mixup as if I’ve asked for a favor (like to jump the line or something??), when I’m not at all.
