The last two weeks my drink has been made wrong 4 times and when I tell them it's incorrect they talk to me like it's my fault. I asked if I should be ordering it differently and they say I order it correctly... I used my last free drink this morning and will start making coffee at home.
I will love Dutch Bros for life!! Their coffee is better than anywhere I've ever had, the people are great! Always friendly and actually talk to you. I love the music they play, it makes the atmosphere enjoyable. And the first Wednesday of each month is sticker day!! I love the anticipation of finding out what new sticker they will have.
