They serve 80% ice in my cup and my drink is never ready when i order ahead.

I really love Dutch Bros , I come almost every week . The only problem is the ordering ahead I make my order at 6:48 or 6:45 and it says it will be ready in 10 minutes and when I get there is not ready and I have to wait 10 more minutes. I mean when you're in a rush those extra minutes count. Wish they would actually have it ready by the time they said. Other then that I don't have any other issue everything else is great .
