What extreme weather were they talking about? It rained for 3 seconds, there was no hail, no extreme heat. This is just a bs excuse for being the slowest Dutch in the city if you have all day to waste to grab a mediocre cup of coffee then I recommend this place, it not avoid this location at all costs.
