They are always smiling,kind,and fast! Customer service is great
I really love Dutch but I had the worst experience at this location. Wasn't even greeted at the window. If I wanted bad service I'd go to Starbucks.
My goodness, the workers are so inconsiderate of costumers who have to wait in the HEAT and too focused on talking to other coworkers instead of getting drinks handed out as soon as the drink is ready. Today, waited 30 + mins for my drink just for it to be handed to me melted and tasteless. Should’ve just asked for a refund and went along with my day. Terrible customer service !!
This Dutch Bros is terrible. I am sitting in the drive-through. Both lanes are maxed out and there’s five employees outside not doing anything and the line is not moving. It’s terrible service. Nobody’s doing anything. I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know who’s managing this, but they cannot be on break so I don’t know what’s going on. It should be all hands on deck when there’s a line out the door so don’t know what else to say about that.
If I can say this drive through takes a very very long time. It’s sad that they created two lines to have you wait 30 minutes.
