Hello, I'm going to need some sort credit or reimbursement of some sort. We have ordered in the small little window and it took them more than 10 minutes to have our three drinks ready they kept prioritizing the drive-through and just left us there. I was just at Dutch Brothers today twice. Bought 4 drinks today. Everything was good except the Iced large Strawberry Horchara Chai Latte. Which was $8.05 I didn't see or taste any caramel or strawberries in it at all. Very disappointed These are not cheap beverages.
