Large coffee is extremely small in comparison to Starbucks around the corner and the same price. Also I've ordered several different name drinks from Dutch Bros and they all taste the same taste like coffee and creamer with way too much foam I'm not even a fan of Starbucks but I know every single one of their drinks taste different and amazing. I was really disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros today. The employee taking orders completely skipped over us and helped other customers who came after us. Then, when we finally ordered, I wasn’t able to use my free drink reward, which made the experience even more frustrating. I usually enjoy coming to Dutch Bros, but today the service felt disorganized and unfair. I hope management can address this so other customers don’t have the same experience.
