I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dutch Bros I placed an order and waited **30 minutes**, only to find out that my order wasn’t even showing on their iPad. When I asked if they could have it ready within the next 5 minutes, or else I’d need to cancel, the girl at the counter had the **audacity** to tell me, “I can’t skip the line.” **Skip the line?!** I had already been waiting longer than most people there!
