I come to DB daily. I get the same thing. It was NOT what I asked for. It tastes like water. That was disappointing today bc I had my mom a first time customer and it tastes like $15 water with chocolate chips on top....
We love Dutch Bros! The "Broistas" are always so friendly and the coffee is really good
I do order online & walkup almost every day.... I have nothing but amazing experiences here & this crew absolutely slays! I adore them! So friendly, have my order ready (it was a learning curve for both us us) now that I place it about 15 to 20 min ahead because this location is almost always busy. So thank you to all of you for always making my DT & having such great upbeat spirit even though you may not always feel like it! You are all awesome!
Literally every time i go in which is quite often everyone is beyond friendly. Especially the tall lightskin guy he’s my personal goat. No one has ever gotten my order wrong and they make my drinks SO good! I’m always very excited to get dutch at the west jordan location because i know my drink will be bomb and i’ll have a good chat with the employees every time. highly recommended going it’s so worth it.
