Clicked the drive through button when ordering through the app. Went to the walk up window because it was empty and the car lines were incredibly long. I was punished by the employee who received me. First with attitude and disgust, then with a 30 minute wait as many many many other people who walked up to place orders (not on the app) got their drinks and left. Was told my total was 10$ but got charged 12$ I’m assuming for tip. It got added without my consent I would have tipped anyway. But your workers adding a tip for me is not cool.

Theyd rather u use there micro plastic leeching paper cups...Still pushing irrational COVID lies, refused to poor drink in my own container..they didn't have to touch it. Crazy to see businesses still holding on to pandemic zealotry
