We were the only customers. Came through today for the free drink float. Were asked what we wanted and we responded that we didn’t know just yet. She shut the window. Not 30 seconds later (still no one else there) and she says “ what do you want” we order, she says we don’t have it. Tell her one thing and she takes the order, scans my app. Acts irritated that she has to scan the app. Makes the WRONG ORDER. And then says “have a good day” with a crappy tone. Stopped at this location this morning—unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped us, but he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He really got our day off to a great start, and we truly appreciated his kindness and positive energy.
