I wanted to share some feedback about my experience with ordering online. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently slow, and even when placing an order ahead of time, there’s still a long wait to receive items. It defeats the purpose of ordering online for convenience. Additionally, communication could really be improved. Very friendly and professional
I visited the 1700 east palm valley on the day Dutch Bros launched their new hot food items. I was originally planning to go to the closest location, but decided to go a little out of my way to try this one specifically—and I’m so glad I did. From the mouthwatering chorizo wrap to the delicious iced hazelnut coffee, everything was great. The service, however, really stood out. I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The customer service is amazing! They are so kind here and I specifically had a great experience with Delaney. She was so kind and helpful with helping me decide on a creative drink. I recommend the iced banana mocha, so yum!
