So sad I went to try the cookie butter latte iced and it tasted like straight milk.😤 the lady that took our order while in line was so nice but lady that made our drinks was not. Did not conversate with us nor did she say what drink was what? We also had to pull into next park lot and go back and ask for straws because she failed to give or ask if we'd like any. Very disappointed usually have a good time here but not this day.
Had a great conversational experience with Eric. I asked him to surprise me and what he came up with was the best caramel hot chocolate I've ever had. The following night I had a less than great experience with a staff member who seemed like they didn't know the menu, pos, and then got the order wrong, which was just about a first for us as Dutch regulars. Loved Eric though, he's great at his job!
