The baristas were very friendly
Hated my drink and they wouldn’t remake it because it was through the app, when I talked to customer service and reviewed policies they have customer satisfaction, silly to have gotten a refund from the company rather than the store being kind enough to just remake my drink? Ended up with no dutch at all
