Whats the purpose of ordering ahead when you guys never have my order in time anyways. Your workers also have good vibes I get it but don’t talk it up so much like people waiting to order or trying to pick up.
Gets really busy on a Saturday but I’ve never had a bad experience. My fav coffee place!

I have visited this Dutch Bros location in Orem twice, and both times my order was made incorrectly. The first time, I let it go because I assumed it was an honest mistake. However, when I came back a second time, the same thing happened again. What frustrated me the most was that the employee didn’t even seem to write down my order before making the drink.
