My bf got me a coffee from there and it had a fly in it. I’ve never had a bad drink from Dutch Bros but there is always a first. Staff needs to more aware of sanitary practices. Ick 🤮
I can't speak on the atmosphere because I only go through the drive thru. That said, their drink selections are fantastic, hot, or cold. My favorite is the Carmelizer. There's a bit of a wait, depending on time of day. It's worth it though. I left out the charming demeanor and professionalism of the staff; they are amazing.
We love going to Dutch bros, but the one in Taylorsville is the worst one you can go to. The people there are so stingy and rude. I can go get the same drink at the west valley location and get a drink served 10x better. Every time I’ve been they do something wrong and when asked to change it they want to charge you when it was their mistake. THATS RIDICULOUS. Get a better staff!!
