There was an employee wearing a ripcity hat that absolutely made my night, I can always appreciate good customer service and this guy was absolutely that, don’t know your name but you know ball brother ☕️
If Abby, Annie, Bunny, or Owen aren’t working. Good luck! Service is super slow, drinks aren’t right anymore. And overall vibe is so stale when they aren’t there! Can’t believe that manager would cut their hours since they are the OGs there and people come for them specially!!’ Sad day at that Stand! Treat your people better Dutch bros!
