I went for my birthday reward and they gave me the wrong milk (I am lactose intolerant), when I went back the Asian girl rolled her eyes at me and remade it, then she said she needed the old drink back (obviously I don't care as I can't drink it) but as far as I know for safety concerns you are not supposed to ask for the old food or drinks back. This location is not nearly as streamlined or as friendly as the Kensington Fort Collins location. The drive through has both lanes operating but when you use the second lane the rude ‘broista’ comes to tell you “in the future please wait in the line because you just cut all these people.” When I asked why they didn’t also use both lanes he said there was some ‘stubbornness’ going on. Are you seriously reprimanding me for following the Dutch model and USING BOTH LANES. Put up a sign like FoCo does if you don’t want it used! ... read more
Great consistent drinks and customer service. At peak times they have a person at your vehicle to take the order to save on wait time. Easy in and out! Drive thru service and walk up window only! Enjoy!
They're always so amazing with their pup cups! Very energetic and fun crew.
