Twice now my mobile order hasn't been ready 20-30 minutes after ordering. This morning was by far the worst, placed the mobile order at 8:18am, app said it would be ready at 8:27am, order still wasn't ready at 8:47am, I had to leave without getting my order.
Always 5 star service and good coffee.
I have never had anything bad at Dutch. I no longer go to Starbucks.
We left before we can even order! We pulled around 12pm and the girl outside told us we had cut a black truck in line, the black truck was parked basically in another parking lot and there’s no way we could’ve known that they were before us, she was extremely rude about it and told my boyfriend to back out as a car was driving by and almost caused us to hit them.
