Alexis G and Frank are incredibly hospitable and took extra time to ensure not only was my order perfect, but they spent time talking to me and making me feel welcome. Of every Dutch Bros or Starbucks in Las Vegas, this one is clearly the one with the happiest staff, which they spread onto their loyal customer base. As usual, very happy and satisfied customer.
Extremely disappointed that they got rid of their Matcha options. It's like they are wanting us to go to the competition.
look I love Dutch Bros and the workers are great here but the parking lot is ATROCIOUS the line is fully disconnected from the drive thru and is confusing, when it gets busy this line fills into the main street and becomes a safety hazard. not the workers fault just poor design on quite a few levels

This location has went downhill. Go to any other location and you will get the traditional Dutch Bros coffee that they are known for. I have been a loyal customer here for the past year. In the last few months, the coffee has been getting worse, and the last 3 coffees I got here, tasted like muddy water. They cant seem to manage the vehicle line anymore as well, so that becomes a nightmare of an option.
