I’ve been to this location 3 times now. The first time was great, no wait and I got my drink fast. The last two times have been horrible. Both times I’ve had to wait in the line for 25 mins. That is way too long to wait for coffee and honestly unacceptable. The last time, by the time I got it, I didn’t even want it anymore. I was so annoyed. Always good service and the coffee is good.
Dutch always does a good job but today they struggled. 25 minutes for two drinks. If they are going to train it shouldn’t be where there’s a line into the other areas of the parking lot. Or allow the order takers to make drinks. Just my opinion
Get more employees, I always sit out here waiting 20-30 mins for 2 drinks
