I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location, and it was entirely due to Lily's behavior. From the moment she took my order, she was short, dismissive, and spoke to me with an extremely rude attitude. After taking my order, she walked away and slammed the outside door. They put too much ice in my iced coffee this time.
Spent $60 on multiple drinks to be taunted and disrespected by Lily. Not sure why she was rude as I was ordering multiple drinks and it wasnt even busy.. If you didn't wanna work tonight, probably should've just called out 🤷♀️
I can't explain how good these chocolate muffin cookie are!!! Ladies and gentlemen you better get you one!!! I always order too for my big back :)
