I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have been sitting in line for 40 minutes and have still not received my drink. There were 7 cars in front of me when I pulled up. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. My drinks are always tasty, but it truly shouldn’t take this long to get a coffee.
Super slow drive through. Took 25 minutes for like 8 cars
I don’t leave reviews often but the customer service at this place is so exceptional I just had to say something. The staff couldn’t be nicer they seem like they really care about their jobs and I hope Dutch bros compensates them for all the hard work they do. I went in for my birthday freebie and they didn’t just do the bare minimum because I was getting a free drink. They made great recommendations for my order and even asked about my birthday plans.
