I hate giving poor reviews so I'll do this carefully. The workers were awesome. Great demeanor and good customer service! I got an iced coffee and it was so bad, and I'm not joking, I had to throw it away and I thought I was going to start gagging. This was my first time at this chain so I'd probably give it another chance, but mannnnn it was awful. My daughter got a lemonade. I tried it and it was awesome. Maybe my coffee was accidental?

I have never had nicer people at coffee places , the baristas here have some of the best customer service. One of the baristas was training a gentleman today and instead of ignoring my niece decided to squat down so she could see her and do funny faces while I ordered our drinks. Such amazing people.
