I ordered a iced mocha ahead of time to skip the line and the i eneded up waiting 20 minutes. Whats the point of skipping the line if you still have to wait in line. I guess I'll be going to RoadRunners from now on.
One again - the employees need to get on the same page regarding the line. It needs to be either the line merges and the employee zig zags to take orders OR it needs to be whoever first gets there in the first lane then start zig zagging to take orders. Every time it is inconsistent and that is why people start to get annoyed.
