Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Worst attitude, clearly these people do not care about their customers or their experience. Won’t be coming back to this or any other Dutch bros. Congrats.
I waited in drive through line an extra 20 minutes at 5:30 am, along with many others because blonf pony tail girl in off white baseball cap thought it was ok to talk with her friend at the window for I’m not kidding 20 minutes. Finally a coworker came out to take orders on iPad. He confirmed what was causing this very long holdup. At window she ducked for cover and her coworker refused to give me her name. Manager please take note!
