Always great customer service
Another double drive thru failure. Skipped in line by two cars due to having double lines and one employee order taker criss crossing between sides. Doesnt make things faster and I get skipped.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Dutch Bros location. I waited over 30 minutes in line due to the heat and high volume, which I understand happens sometimes — but when I finally pulled up to the window, the baristas were busy chatting and didn’t acknowledge me right away. When I mentioned the long wait, one of them responded by saying “no one looks at the signs” — but there wasn’t a sign about longer wait times.
