Last night I came to Dutch Bros to redeem my birthday drink and somehow left more irritated than celebrated. I forgot my physical ID at a family member’s house completely my mistake but I did have a photo of it, which the employee approved after my partner showed him. Even then, the guy taking my order immediately came off with an attitude like helping customers was the last thing he wanted to do.
