They forgot to add my boba to my drink
I went through the drive-thru to pick up some drinks for my team back at work after a rough end to their shift. Lena and Aiden were both energetic and kind and made me feel very welcome just by coming through the drive-thru. I ordered four Strawberry Horchata Chai Lattes—the team was excited to try them, and so was I—and it's unanimous that Aiden made us amazing drinks! Their customer service made me feel acknowledged and like more than just another customer. I'm glad we chose Dutch Bros for a late-night pick-me-up.
THE BEST customer service in the area! We came 10 minutes before close and the nicest guys helped us out. Aiden B and LT were the best!!
