I love everything about them!
I wanted to share feedback regarding a recent visit. Courtney prepared my drink incorrectly and, rather than remaking it as requested, she transferred the medium beverage into a large cup and added milk. I had specifically asked for additional espresso shots and oat milk, which were not included. She was not apologetic and I wish I can say the experience was a pleasant one.
If you want good coffee without going bankrupt, this is the spotnto be at. Haven't had a bad experience here yet.
The best location I've gone too aside from the one near the Outlet mall in RR. Dutch Bros corporate office, can y'all discuss the $5 reload option at the next meeting? When I have $3.39 on my app I don't want to load $10 all the time. Update: They're just as slow as any other dutch bros. If I see anything more than 3 cars, I will not stay because it takes entirely too long just to get 6 coffee beans and a half a cup of milk!
