Horrible experience. The girls iPad died right after she scanned my app that had money on it. It took the money, but didn’t give me the credit. Then to top it off they forgot to add soft top and when I told the girl at the window her response was “I already cleared the order.” Really? Do better Dutch Bros! How hard was it to add it to my drink. Had it have been Starbucks they would made sure I left happy.
