Coffee was great however it took 25 minutes to get a drink and the lines didn't even go passed the double lanes. Crazy long wait time. I noticed several people a head of me had 8+ drink orders. I really feel that drive though orders should not have more than 5 drinks allowed cause then the rest of us suffer.
I asked for extra carmel on my white chocolate shakes that I ordered and was givin none. 🤦 I already know it is the new guy inside that has no idea what he is doing. When I expressed this to the lady at the window, she added some to the top. 🤦 I told her I asked for a bunch all around and she said she would have to charge me. 🤦 The original people would have fixed it no problem. Get it together STARBUCKS. That is who yall acting like.
Not sure why they offer ordering ahead when the staff will just tell you they are too behind to have your order ready. I used to wonder why sometimes I would get a drink that was mostly syrup until today when I watched the young girl with the bridge piercing overflow every single cup of flavor while she never stopped dumping the bottle out over the cup either so she added almost double what she should have which just makes the drink taste horrible unless you are 4 years old looking for a sugar rush.
