Broistas were rude and extremely slow
Always a quick coffee run, even if there's a long line. Great teamwork here!
This was by far the slowest experience I’ve ever had at Dutch Bros. There were four employees working, only two cars ahead of me and a few behind, yet we sat in line for nearly 15 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable for a place that’s known for being quick. On top of that, the attitude from the employee was off—just strange and not welcoming at all, which made the wait even worse.
