I've been coming to Dutch for over 10 years, normally I'd rave about the customer service. I always bring friends who don't have dutch where they live, to a Dutch to convert them away from Starbucks. However I placed an order for pickup from the window and stood in the pickup line for over 15 minutes, completely ignored it's 9:06 am, order placed at 8:48 am promised ready at 8:53.
