I placed my order through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 2:56 PM. I arrived at 2:55, went to the pickup window, and pressed the “push once for service” button like the sign says. Nobody came. I waited several minutes and pressed it again, and still no one showed up. I watched at least five or six cars go through the drive-thru while I stood there with zero acknowledgment. I've never had a bad experience at any DB but tonight at 530pm the lady working the pick up window with the pink safety vest on was so rude I didn't want to take my order. Her attitude and service were so poor I can't believe her coworkers actually allow it. Usually everyone's so happy and upbeat, I totally get an off day and understand life happens but there's no way this is ok. I hope she finds her way back to the unhappy house she comes from and takes her attitude with her.
Both employees (one took my order, other made my drinks) were polite and provided a friendly service.
