I hate to say this but today I had a very bad experience at Dutch Bros ( off 83rd and thunderbird) . The girl that served me and my boyfriend I think her name was Mariah was horrible. We first get to the window she looked at me then walked away, then she came up to the window and just asked what do you want not how are you or introduced herself. I felt not welcome after that. I’m so annoyed that if I do not say light ice, they fill the cup with ice where it’s even hard to put the straw in and it’s already expensive. I got 2 sips and I was done. If I ask for light ice I get 2 ice cubes and a warm drink. There is no happy medium here with the ice🙃
I’ve been going to this Dutch location for awhile now during the late night and V the night manager is always so nice and helpful. Great attitude and great service.
